Orders will be processed within 24 hours of receiving payment. Free standard 2-3 day delivery to mainland UK on all orders. Express delivery and Saturday delivery options are available at an additional cost. Please contact us for more details. Tracking details will be provided on dispatch.

Orders received on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday due to the weekend.

If you require express processing and delivery, orders must be placed before 12 o’clock that day.

Returns

PLEASE RETAIN THE ORIGINAL BOX FOR THE DURATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD AS ANY WARRANTY RETURNS NEED THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING TO PROCESS THE CLAIM.

Change of mind

If you wish to return the item due to a change of mind it needs to be within 30 days of receiving the item. It must be returned in the original condition and packaging with all contents for the refund to be processed.

The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs.

Faulty Item

If the item arrives damaged or faulty please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item with a description of the fault or damage.

Refunds

Once we have received the item we will perform the necessary checks before issuing the refund.

Please note during our busy periods refunds may take a little longer than usual. 

Warranty

The item comes with 12 months manufacturers warranty and begins from the date of delivery. If your item develops a fault within this time please contact us immediately. We will then provide return details. Once we have received the item we will either repair or exchange.

Please note the warranty covers all that is covered by the product manufacturer. We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or wear and tear. The warranty does not cover consumables such as the battery.
